These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NRGx website, trading interface, and related services (together, the "Service"). NRGx is part of the CHK ecosystem. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NRGx provides access to digital-asset market interfaces and to the Nibiru network, the blockchain that settles the CHK digital currency, together with public block explorers. Features may change, be added, or be withdrawn over time.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Access to certain features requires an account and identity verification through AOID (Accepted Online Identification). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, unauthorized access, or infringement of others' rights. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Certain features may involve fees or network (gas) costs, which will be disclosed at the point of use. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
AOID wallet activation fee. Creating an AOID wallet carries a one-time activation fee of $49.99 USD. This fee is currently waived under a Registration Special while fiat (card) payments are being finalized; when it applies, it is shown at checkout before you confirm. Optional CHK Member plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
Refunds. The one-time AOID wallet activation fee is non-refundable once your wallet has been created. Monthly CHK Member plan fees already paid are non-refundable; you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Network (gas) costs and completed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed or refunded.
Payments and certain functions may be processed by third parties (for example, payment processors). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NRGx and the CHK ecosystem will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of assets, profits, or data arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
